QPTV's Response to Queens Chronicle Article: GOP Beep Hopeful Claims QPTV Spiked Debate Over Politics

The decision to cancel the cablecast of the Queens Borough Candidates debate was made by QPTV alone. The program was withdrawn because we were unable to provide “equal time” to each of the candidates. 
QPTV is solely responsible for the withdrawal of the program; we were not influenced by any individual or organization. 
All candidates will be invited to our studio for a debate prior to November 5, 2013.
