JCCA and Center for Healing Services

Budy Garcia Whitfield is the Director of JCCA. JCCA is an organization that focuses on helping abused, neglected and traumatized children heal physically and emotionally through compassionate, quality care. Their 37 programs include foster care, residential treatment facilities, mental health services, case management, education programs and special services for children who have been the victims of sexual abuse. They serve New York’s neediest and most vulnerable children and families to ensure that their safety, permanency and well-being leads to a life of stability and promise.
