Wendy Osserman Dance Company and Concetta Ensemble presents LAMINARIA 10 Musicians & 3 Dancers Portray An Underwater Shadow Ghost Emerging from a kelp forest. A magical and exploratory work written for chamber orchestra, LAMINARIA's portrait of folk horror- a sub-genre of horror- reveals three ghosts seeking light and transformation, and portrays the transformation of life and death through the metaphor of underwater shadow ghosts emerging from the deep sea. Our Mission and Vision Stone Circle Theatre, Inc. is a not-for-profit Creative and Cultural Performing Arts venue located in Ridgewood, NYC (Queens). We define our neighbors as anyone who is alive today in this world. This is a non-judgement, no age restrictive venue that encourages laughter, smiles, and a good time! About our Venue Stone Circle Theatre, located in Ridgewood (Queens, NYC) at the historic Ridgewood Presbyterian Church, offers a safe and welcoming performing arts space for all community members, near and not so nearby . In 2022, we underwent an extensive renovation, opening the space up for more events of various kinds. Some features include a mixed variety of seating options (chairs and pews) to accommodate up to 250 people; a full backline for music events; audio, video and lighting. We also have a piano and a 2022 Allen G235 41 stop organ. In addition, we even have a new digital Carilion for your outside bell-ringing events!
